수용성 절삭유정제기

절삭유내의 오염물질인 습동유 작동유제거(유수분리) 절삭유 부폐로인한 악취제거 절삭통내의 미세칩제거를 통하여 절삭유를 깨끗한 상태로 오랜시간 사용할 수 있도록 상태를 유지시켜줍니다 이동형 장비로 1시간에 300리터의 절삭유를 정제할 수 있으며 정제완료후 다른장비로 이동설치하여 사용할 수 있습니다. 가로430mm, 세로750mm, 높이950mm으로 이동 사용이 편리합니다. 가공시 필요한 장비MCT,CNC,세척기를 직접사용하며 꼭 필요한 부분을 개발하고자 하였으며 사용에대한 불편하고 비용절감과 환경개선은 물론 자연환경까지 생각할 수 있는 수용성 절삭유정제기를 자체개발하게 되었습니다.

Shortly after unveiling the brand-new DIN Rail mount DC/DC converter family, the DDR-15/30/60/120 series, MEAN WELL is proud to announce the DDR-240 series (240W) to enable DIN Rail DC/DC integration into higher power applications. Since the DDR-240 series is designed to meet both railway and ITE safety standards, it is suitable for DC/DC applications such as industrial & railway control, security control, and communication systems. The DDR-240 series has ultra-slim enclosure design with a width dimension of only 40mm. This enables convenient installation onto TS-35/7.5 or 15 standard DIN rails without having to worry about spacing. The product design also includes outstanding features such as 2:1 wide input range, 4000VDC I/O isolation, -40~70°C wide operating temperature range, 150% peak load capability, current sharing up to 960W (3+1), and 5G anti-vibration capability. In addition, the DDR-240 series is certified to the ITE IEC62368-1/EN55032, EAC TP TC004, as well as EN50155 railway safety standards, ensuring the DDR-240 can perform reliably as additional system insulation, DC UPS, battery voltage regulator, etc. in all fields of ITE and railway applications.
